Downton Abbey is such a good tv programme.

I've never watched that. We just recently updated our cable and got a new tv so I'm slowly going back to watching tv and catching up on shows

Blah. TV sucks here. They've gotten rid of C4 - it's now 'Four'. Instead of playing music all day they now have the same infomercials everyday until like noon. Then it's Sesame Street, childrens shows, Nick Cartoons from the 90s (okay, that's pretty cool), then Drew and Shannon Live, which is an hour of music and stuff like that and then after that there is some of the old C4 programs along with 3's old shows which were aimed at a younger demographic. It's not all bad but it annoys me how they've eliminated a lot of the things that made C4 cool. The thing that annoys me most is that all the major channels in NZ all play the same infomercials everyday for hours. Proactive, Zumba, just bullsh!t really.

Osama Bin Laden has been killed. I'm shocked. I know you guys know this already.
I still feel sorry for him because he was still a human being, however, he did do atrocities against humanity which has no excuse.

Mhmm. Osama was obviously a horrible person and his death is a good thing but it doesn't mean the end of terrorism. Like people have said, he's pretty much just been a symbolic figure to terrorists and I don't think that'll change because he's dead. And I was actually a bit disturbed by the people celebrating his death. I mean, I can understand why people would be happy that he's dead but I really don't think that holding a celebration in public is appropriate.
Anyway, there was a freak tornado in Auckland today and one person has been confirmed dead.
