Hey all. Sorry I haven't been around much in the past while. I've been quite wrapped up between school work and starring in Addictive G videos as a bit of fun.
Oh yes-and great news- My dog's anal gland burst!

One of those places a lot of people get creeped out being near during the day, never mind at night (although it's not as bad as Crazywell on Dartmoor!). Wouldn't fancy the heating bills though!
Yes I think his house is probably very chilly in the winter, although if you get a big roaring fire going and are dressed appropriately in a woolly jumper or three (or just stay under a blanket), it could be lovely. I do like remote places, preferably bleak, no other people in sight. That might be why I like Scotland.

Ollie! So good to see you - we missed you! I hope school is going OK.
Poor Milo. That doesn't sound too good. And I thought I had a pain in the rear. Give him my condolences!

We were wondering why we couldn't get on minecraft and soon noticed that servers were taken offline, down for maintainence due to a bug found in OpenSSL, supposedly affecting 'half' of the internet. http://www.pcworld.com/article/2140920/heartbleed-bug-in-openssl-puts-encrypted-communications-at-risk.html
Looks like we better all start changing passwords.

Hi Ollie, sorry to hear about Milo's problems. Another of those little problems you get with dogs that's made me determined never to have one.
Anal glands? Whose bright idea in evolution was that one? Stick in glands with no purpose than to squirt a distinctive scent on crap with the result an entire animal species thinks it's normal to go around sniffing each others backsides & human crotches?
Elsewhere, clear jelly has start appearing all over the back garden. WTF?
RE: The Official Nonsense Thread - Caspin - 09-04-2014 12:35 PM
Clear jelly? Like frogspawn-type stuff? How weird. Invasion of giant snails?
My back feels so much better today. The improvement coincided with going for Italian food, so I'm certainly going to be treating any future health problems with pizza. Plenty of other people confuse correlation with causation, so why not me, especially if it results in pizza for dinner.
I feel bad for poor Milo. Can he sit down? What does the vet do about exploding anal glands anyway? Can they be surgically unexploded? The horror.

Today I went out and brought Showtime and outdoor living stuff. All I need to do now is to wait until Into The Future falls in price and then get that.
RE: The Official Nonsense Thread - Caspin - 09-04-2014 09:02 PM
Well I don't know about Showtime, but with OLS you will have some ace hot tubs at your disposal.
My Bodmin-dwelling friend has gone now, off to meet up with his wife and head out on holiday. It was so nice to see him. Funny how there are some folk that you may not see for months, or even years, but then you meet up and just pick up where you left off. He brought me some eggs that were laid by his hens - I cannot wait to try them. I feel that a giant weekend omelette may be in order!

Yay - day off today! Not for any specific activity, just to use up some leave and have a nice rest. I have a big heap of laundry to do and I can spend some time arranging the new bin that I bought last night. I am a thrill-seeker.
RE: The Official Nonsense Thread - Minty - 11-04-2014 09:14 AM
Laundry? Hard core.
"Ya EZ iron turbo spin dem muthas, ya hear?"
RE: The Official Nonsense Thread - Caspin - 11-04-2014 09:17 AM
You are extra crazy this morning
Don't fear, I have an excellent spin cycle. Those sheets won't know what hit 'em.
In other news, my anemones have opened up this morning. So nice!
Right, time to crack on with some urgent soap-based activities.
