I picked "No, I can't but I want to". You see, I used to think it was stupid, so I made an agreement with my mom that I would buy no more Sims until TS3... *sigh*
But who knows, today she let me buy Castaway Stories... maybe that's cuz it was with my own money... but still!

I'm saving ceilings for TS3.
Besides, you can just build a small dorm on some campus, add some NPC's, and download the Landlord mod from MTS2.
