I thought you could? Well, you can definitely use the bistro, even if it just is outside. What if it's raining through? Ooh, that's a thought. What do Sims do if it's sunny one moment while they're eating outside in a picnic/bistro, and then all a sudden it rains? Pack up and leg it?

lmao! i dunno, i'd love to see our sims pick up their plates and leg it home lmao!! priceless, maybe they mite get careless and cross the road wivout lookin and then the dishes would go flying >:]
