EA is currently down for bug fixing .. it will be up in a few. Test Center 3 is online if u wana play.

apparently an exploit occurred and they are trying to fix it. It has been down for about 24hrs and would be down for more until it is fixed.

I never tried TSO, I thought it became infested with spammers and the popularity steadily decreased until it had to be shut down, is it back up or something? ???
