I am trying to install the Sims 2 Deluxe. I had it installed before but had to uninstall. I removed all the files I and made sure none were left to interfere. Everything downloaded fine, but when I go to decrypt, I get somewhere between 89-94% and it stops, telling me that I need to close any other program that may be using the file. If the problem persists, restart the computer and try again.
Could someone give me a hand?? It would be much appreciated.
