Fabulous. I had thought it odd that the site went directly to a forum screen. The new page makes things look a smidge more sophisticated. Site-wide updates are sure to get noticed by everyone now. :3

Please note that if you do not like the side panels, you can remove them by clicking the little "-" sign up on the right side of the screen like Matt said.
