Hi guys,
I am trying to reinstall sims 3 onto my computer. Once the download is almost 100% complete a notification saying 'X.509 Certificate Tool has stopped working'comes up. There are 2 options either debug or close program. I have tried both and neither work. Once I select an option, it finishes downloading and says installation complete. When you try to launch sims3 a pop up comes up and says 'sims 3 has stopped working' and the same 2 options are there: debug or close program. neither work. I have tried reinstalling but that doesn't help.
Anyone have any idea how to stop this. Thanks.
