Hahah it's raining hard now. I just got back home. The streets are flooding. The water is going up, it surpassed the sidewalk. I'm soaked.

Omg something terrible happened. A very rich businessman -who my dad happens to know personally- 's daughter had been kidnapped by thugs and was being held for a ransom of 5 million EGP ($839,915). They paid the money today. I feel like this is out of a movie or something. The girl is like in middle school or highschool... terrible.

UPDATE: The police found the thugs' and captured them. They returned the girl to her family and the 5 million EGP.

Omg a girl in my grade (actually she's in her first year of college but she skipped a year) is getting engaged. This is so weird to me.

Omg an Egyptian fashion designer was found dead in his apartment earlier today. His apartment was broken into and he was killed. omg omg what the hell is going on with this country. THESE THUGS NEED TO CALM THEIR TITS AND HAVE SOMEONE TEACH THEM A LESSON. Some people are taking advantage of the situation that the police force still isn't very strong yet.
