I took french for 7 years. 3rd grade up until highschool. It's really sad that I have now forgotten almost all My French. :/

I KINDA remember a bit of grammar but I lost most of my vocabulary. I wish I had continued to practice it. It's a beautiful language, as opposed to German which I will have to learn when I go to uni.

Ah, I struggled a but with the grammar. I've tried to pick up a bit of German but it was just too hard. But you're right, it isn't as pleasing to the ears as French is. xD

My friend was saying some random gibberish in English today and she sounded angry so I told her she sounded like she was speaking German. xD
