Haha, most people drive automatics but there are many people who prefer manuals. I'm learning on a manual though; my parents think I should learn on a manual and then I can switch to driving an automatic if I want to. I'd much rather drive an automatic, though. Gear shifting confuses me.

It it confusing to start with, but it's much more fun driving manuals when you get used to it, which doesn't take long!

I can't wait to start driving. It's so liberating. Especially since buses are not really an option since they're so dirty and I don't have a subway station near my area and taxis can get expensive.
