Re: What will you do about the Sims 2?
Well, it will be a while before I'll be able to buy and play Sims3 (still need a new computer, plus there is too much left in TS2 for me to do before I can move on!) so I'll likely be playing TS2 for a long, long time. LOL

i'll take it out by the time the sims 3 comes out, then irdk what i want to do with it. I guess i'll sell i don't have any "memories" in them so there's no point in really keeping them well at least for me.

Re: What will you do about the Sims 2?
As soon as I get a new PC (which will hopefully be this year) I'm going to buy the rest of the EP's and SP's and then play those until the sims3 comes out. That way, I will have something to hold me over for a year.
New 17" Laptop with wireless printer/scanner combo-$1,400
Sims 3 Pre-order-$70
College Books-$500
Being envied by your friends while they cram for exams and you play TS3- PRICELESS!!!!

Forget Visa, Mastercard, and American Express- it pays to Discover!!!! |

Re: What will you do about the Sims 2?
Ideally, in a dream world where I have lots of money, I could have two amazing computers, one for Sims 2 and one for Sims 3.
My siggy is telling you that I want tornados in Sims 3. It would be cool and fun, trust me! |

Re: What will you do about the Sims 2?
I'm most likely still going to play Sims 2.
I'm not positive I want Sims 3 yet. They don't look like Sims. They are too real. :3 But it will all depend when the main site opens up in a few days... |

Re: What will you do about the Sims 2?
Yeah, same here.
I'm excited for TS3, but the realism is too ... real. LoL I like my game to look cartoony and to show off that it's not meant to be taken seriously. But, who knows. Maybe someday I'll get it and play it :-D Right now, I'm not all that excited about it, but as time goes and I see what people are doing in their game, I might get that way. Re: What will you do about the Sims 2?
Probably keep it, maybe give it away to my younger sister after the Sims 3 has been out for a while.

Re: What will you do about the Sims 2?
The same thing I did with The Sims when The Sims 2 came out: play both.

Re: What will you do about the Sims 2?
I will definately uninstall. It takes up more space on my computer than anything, and then there are 40,000 expansions taking up even more space.
I don't think I'll "miss" my Sims... I've got something better to play. ;D Plus everything will be all fresh. No hacks or CC slowing down ma game- not yet, anyhow. |
