Nope, won't crash anything. Of course it's worth installing if you want to have more fun with your teens.

Risks? Other than being banned from the official Sims 2 site when you mention it on the BBS... none. xP

But when you make a teen and an adult kiss, it looks kinda funny because of the height difference.
