My Sims 3 Downloads :)
I have made 2 celebrity sims for the sims 3 . The first one is Lady GaGa (ARTPOP) and the second is Britney Spears.
Check them out at : http://kareemzi.weebly.com/sims-3-downloads.html
Note: The download is a SIM file, so it must be in the file "SavedSims" in documents...The Sims 3 folder.
