what do u think if in build mode we could have the posibility to build Under ground  rooms, Cellar....these kind of stufffs...

Imagine in a commutotary lot a night club in some underground room!!!

u can in TS2 but its really difficult.

it is hard 2 build but in downtown if u have nl then the house of fallen trees, a mansion in downtown has a basement.
