That's odd. I tried when I had just the basegame and it never worked for me. Do you guys perhaps have the single cd/dvd rather than the four disk one? Because they might have made it optional in the basegame in the future editions.

twins were hard to get until i knew cheats like eating cheesecake..which i rarely had cheesecake availableto my sims probably need high cooking skill?
anyways the forcetwins cheat was nice.. it would have been nice to have the option of try for twins..or something or the more you woohoo while pregnant..the higher chance of multiple babies..

i remember the very first time i played the sims...i wanted to try out the pregnancy thing right away and i had  twins the very first time . it nearly killed my family though since i was such a noob at that time. and my sims still get twins a lot. nearly every time i start a new family they have twins.

I think it's a 10 percent chance, but if you have OFB, make the pregnant sim eat cheesecake or the cheat "forcetwins"
