Yeah, I'm with Caspin on the taking breaks. If playing's giving you headaches, gotta cut down on the gaming time. I remember years ago playing Half Life for so long when I stood up the room was swaying & my vision really bad. "Never again!" I vowed, & always drank lots when sitting by any computer (work or home) to ensure I was forced into taking at least toilet breaks away from the screen.

A lot of parents also get a bit squeamish about buying so many modern computer games with iffy titles or covers. Ask them to buy you a Sims game & it's fine. Ask them to buy you Baby Eating Zombie Holocaust Of Doom or whatever & maternal instinct kicks in, especially with all the scare stories in the press that they will turn you into the next Michael Ryan.
