No, they didn't come up. The trip to Manchester was a disaster & so they decided to slink back down to Cambridge with their tails between their legs. Comsidering the reports of snow on the way, I'm laughing now for food. The stuff I don't like or don't want to try will go to the local food bank & the rest will see me doing without a shop trip for some time other than for the usual milk & bread.

Lovely peaceful quiet Christmas! Just me & Far Cry 4. Yes, I decided to get it as the reports were it was going back to Far Cry 2 sensibilities. Glad I did, as it is very good & very entertaining, especially the autogiro for flying around in.

The animals are also a lot better, although the deadliest creature is not the tiger or rhino, but the honey badger, which is what badgers would be if they were in the Waffen SS. Completely psychotic, attacking everything regardless of size or strength to the death no matter what you fire it it - they NEVER, EVER RETREAT. Every other creature has the sense to back up & run off, but not the honey badger, oh no, it tries to flank you instead.

You know who I think hacked Sony? A team of honey badgers. They truly aren't happy unless they're ruining someone's day.

Was that the new PvZ Garden Warfare? Heard some mixed reviews of it. I think like Worms some games were never meant to be 3D style.

Was that the worst Christmas telly of all time? They actually had on The Great Escape on again. The best bit was the back to back showings of the Top Of The Pops Christmas Shows from 1977, 1978 & 1979 - hearing the original versions of all the songs today's artists are sampling. Didn't understand what acts got on & which one's didn't though. Boney M got on the 78 & 79 shows with the same song, but the Police didn't get on at all although they got two No.1's & a No.2 in 79.
