Businesses in the game?

I was just looking at some pictures on the Sims 3 site and I was really looking at them and read the little things about that picture, so I was looking at two and I thought maybe there are businesses and you can own one and stuff. Maybe? Just thinking.

I think there might be, but I doubt it would be as in depth as OFB. Businesses in TS3 would probably just be a way of making money; they wouldn't put in perks and special business items and clothing.

I definatley think that businesses should be in the base game along with all Sims 2 exspansion packs.

I think they should be included but I doubt they are.

I think they are just trying to stay low on adding every past expansion pack.

They will probably keep the shops as rabbit holes or the ones that are accessable will just be the bistro etc. And you may be able to manage it (if you get promoted) otherwise I think they will add businesses later like after the modding tool because then you will be able to build buildings and such.

They're not gonna have any rabbit holes apart from the workplaces!

All the shops are completely playable!

But in the photos, clearly some of the shops were said to be rabbit holes. I've read that somewhere, and you can see by the pics because its black inside but you can see clothes in the window.

No it is right, EAxis declared it themselves in some article somewhere.

They said that upon release they will all lbe playable, but CURRENTLY only about half of them are.

Ahhh I do recall hearing all will be. All except for work, but I think part time jobs like the bistro will be playable too.
