A Board

A Board
So, I was thinking-

Perhaps this site could have a Board. Not like a piece of cardboard or just another forum, but a Board with members. The members get voted in for various places (i.e. President, Vice President...) and so on. This board bounces ideas from members back and forth and then sees if it is possible.

For instance, the board could do the challenges or host competitions. All kinds of things. This would allow it so that it wasn't just moderators/administrators making decisions all the time.

What do you guys think?

It could have an election and everything.

Hmm...

I'm here to help! Send me a private message!

Re: A Board
That would be pretty cool. But later. There's only about 5 or 6 regulars now, if we had a board EVERYBODY would haveĀ  high rank. Matt and the 2 moderators will do now. there's not really much to host anyway.

Re: A Board
Agreed. Perhaps when the site gets busier this would be a fun idea. Smile

Re: A Board
Basically. When there are more members, more interest, more...excitement. Right now it's the same few people on every day, so there's nothing very thrilling about having a board, at this moment.

Re: A Board
First of all, Matt would need to take several things into consideration:
1. Who are the regulars?
2. What decisions would the board make?
3. Would newbies commonly mistake the word 'board' for an area of the forum where certain types of posts sare made? (i.e. Off Topic, Introductions etc.)
