ok how do i rename lots and descriptions and sell realestate and keep employs needs up and stuff? i need to no like right now! plz plz post!!

Rename Lots: Click on the lot with the homes tool, click on edit [left hand side] And you should be able to change
Employee needs: Use Maxmotives
The rest: No idea

To sell real estate, Just buy some community lots, and on one of them, sell the deeds like you would with a normal item. The sims that buy them will now ow that community lot.

Be careful though, as it is the hardest thing to sell, and watch out that your family that is saving up money for a residential lot don't buy a community lot!
