The same website (1up.com) that has this 12/15/09 release date just posted a preview of TS3 that says it will be released early spring 2009. So fear not the game should arrive one year from now.

According to most rumors, it's scheduled to come out in the 2009 fiscal year - so before April of next year. That's not THAT bad. Gives us time to enjoy S2
