I think allaboutstyle.com has some of the best CC available. And they would collaborate with Maxis well. Alot of the clothing on other sites looks bad in game, but their's is really well done and works as smoothly as EA made stuff.

They should definitely do all the clothes in the Sims. Rosesims should make the hair.
