Sims 2 Apartment Life Help...

Hello. I was wondering... In The Sims 2 Apartment life video trailer, there
is an apartment I really like, but don't know which one it is. At 25 sec.
into the video, there is a rather large building with a lot of windows. It looks like its a loft. In
the scene, there is a man swinging around a girl in front of the building. Also, there's a man walking in the building with a brief case. Does anyone know what It is? It looks like SUCH a cool apartment, but I can't find It. Please help. Thanks  {yes}
