How do you change lots from commercial to residential or visa versa? Please and thank you!

ctrl + shift + c

and then it's something like

changelotzoning <type>

changelotzoning residential
changelotzoning commercial

etc, etc

You need University or later for it to work, though, I think.

Although, I don't hink it's uni and up, I think it comes with any EP's that add a new type of lot. So it comes with....

Uni (SS, Dorms, Greek Houses)

BV (Hotels)

FT (Secret Lots) Although, I don't think you can add anything or do anything with that one...

Al (Apartments, Secret Witch lots) And Again, i don't think you can addd any more witch lots....
