Actually, the majority of the game is in place most likely. Right now they are probably fine tuning it and playing it.

I mean Canada is like the cold north version of Australia why can't we get it early too?

but really I don't understand why it comes out earlier for like parts of the world like Australia and Europe which with every other game usually those places get it later!
I mean it's completely created in the states so why doesn't it come out in North America first?!

it says sixteen because they are releasing the sims 3 earlier in some countries,
like in australia there releasing it in on february 12th.
