karma is just something to show what kind of member you are

if you see someone with a good idea, you can press the "Hooray" button below their information,  just give a reason, and then you gave karma

if you see someone spamming or posting something bad or spamming, reprt to mod or click the "No Way" button below their info

Erm, well I'm not sure how to explain it, but i'll try my best, LOL!

As you probably have realized in everyones sidebar on the posts there is a thing that says "Karma: <Number>" and then below it "Hooray!" and "No Way!". Hooray is for giving positive karma. No Way is for giving negative karma. You can give or recieve positive karma for being helpful and funny and just positive stuff really. Negative karma can be given or recieved for spamming, being rude, inaproppriate etc...
