Well, as Simmy said, there isn't no PV no more.

But PV seems better in a way, because it is ironic.  It isn't no "Pleasant" Valley.  There is a lot of crap that goes on there, and the people aren't pleasant there at all.  Life may seem pleasant for them, cuz they are rich, but they aren't and neither is their lifestyle.

Then if you do call it PV, you may look uninformed to people, because it is Sunset Valley.  So I would pick Sunset to look smart, but skip what crazy people think.

Then I would pick PV for the irony in the name.  I really don't know.  I think too much...do I...Teachers have always told me that I make things harder than what they are, because I overthink.
