what is the cheat where you can make all of their needs super high? thanks =)

there is "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" which you can activate while you're in the nhood view.
Then click on family, see their needs and you can simply drag them like a slider.
But you can do so many more things with that cheat enabled if you hold the shift key while clicking.

What earthgirl said but you can also type "maxmotives"  without the quotations, in the cheat box.

You can also enter "motivedecay off" so that the levels will never drop.
