Hello an good evening to every1..

Well my issue has a long history {rolleyes} .. and now I'll be telling every1 about it..

I have bought my TS2 about 1 year ago .. and that time I was using the house's PC .. it was a shared PC .. and at first I couldn't download TS2 becuz of sum graphic card issues .. so I changed the graphic card so that it works .. and it did..

Now I'm using my own personal laptop .. it is dell latitude D630 .. and it is showing me the same message that it used to show me on the PC .. it shows me that a certain file cannot be transfered from the DVD..

So I want to ask about my graphic card .. is the game compatible with a (NVIDIA Quadro NVS 135M)??!!

btw i have about 28 GB free space on my C disk .. and have a DVD rom drive .. so I don't know where is the problem..

I also tried to download the game on another laptop but it showed me the same message .. the other laptop was a windows vista .. while mine is a windows XP .. I did follow a lot of TS2 site's suggestions and used the FAQs to guide me through but no point I guess {no}..

I hope I provided you with good info so u get to help me appropriately..

Hello-

First of all, please realize that we don't reply to threads instantaneously. We have lives away from the forums and you cannot expect an answer right away.

With that said, please go here and run the test for the appropriate game. Let us know what happens.

Well first of i'd like to thank u 4 ur "nice" reply .. 2nd of all i do realize that replies r not instant .. lol i have a life too .. its just my post's reviews r above 10 .. so I was wonderin y didn't one of these 10+ reply?!!..

Anyhooo .. back to our subject .. i ran the test and i passed in everythin except two things that i got an (!) mark in them .. which r :

1) Video Card Driver Version (DirectX)
Your driver version number is: 6.14.11.7431

2) Sound Card Driver Version
Your driver version number is: 5.10

But they aren't that important .. they r just not preffered ..

Thx 4 the website btw .. I'll bookmark it for future uses =D

But anyways I think the prob is with my disk bein damaged or sumthin .. tho I didn't use that much be4 .. I tried cleanin it in the proper way and gettin it wet and then cleanin it with a dry piece of clothin .. I'll just buy a new EP tomorrow since I just wanted 2 make sure if my system specs meet the game's requirements =D..

Hey,

It wants you to update your drivers for your Video card and your Sound card.

Go to the manufactures website of your Video Card & Sound Card, search the current card you have. And get updates. However, You have Directx 6 the latest is 9. So, yeah, just do Windows updates, maybe it will pop up. If that don't work then I don't know, but try the Manufactures website first.

Go to dell. They list every updated driver you can have for your laptop. go here: http://support.dell.com/support/download...l=en&s=dhs And put in your dell laptop and install you drivers.

Also, your directx is out of date. Go here: http://www.gamesforwindows.com/en-US/Abo...X10-a.aspx And download it.
