That would be totally fun. Dressing up our sims kids and walking around to the different houses for candy. Yea man, great idea!

halloween would be so much fun! and instead of it being anytime of year like in ts2 it would be a specific time and the whole city would decorate the shops and such and you could buy costumes and trick or treat.
