Sims 2 Apartment Life Neighboorhood Deleted??

Okay, It's stupid, I saved my sims, exited normally. Shut down my computer. loaded it up later today, and the neighboorhood Bella Donna is deleted? And I can't even find my sim I worked really hard on, Even the house!! Is there anyway I can get this back? I tried system restore, I tried almost everything. ANY clue on why would it delete?

Are all the neighborhood folders still in the 'Neighborhood Folder' under you Sims2 documents?

Yeah they were fine, However, I made a back up of EA Games folder in my documents, I did a little research. So, what I did was looked up what Folder was BellaDonna Cove and opened up the Sims 2 and it created a new "EA Games" folder, So I selected BellaDonna Cove and pasted all of the characters into the "Character" folder, loaded it up. Didn't work. I even tried the house I built. I did a bit of research to tell the difference. Anyways. It's like really screwed over, however, I have a solid copy of "EA Games" Folder right before It screwed up. I pasted it over again, Didn't work. I'm pretty much stuck at this point.

Oh, I forgot to mention that BellaDonna Cove came back with the new EA games folder. But not my old one. But all of the exact files from the Original EA Games Folder to the New one is there. I can't understand it.

I think somewhere along the line you lost the neighborhood. I'm betting you will have to start over.

Try a patch.
