why the countdown has changed on snooty sims

Well Snooty Sent me a email

i asked: Hi on Snooty sims.com your countdown is 49 days. is it a bug or the  real thing?

He Replyed: The releasedate is changed so I added a month extra. On Feb.3, we will most likely hear the correct date.

He did actually state this on the main page, but thanks.

Personally I feel he should have kept his countdown as it was, as adding an extra month is vague guesswork. Plus I hate to look at it now.

bah, we should all just stay in denial of any delay until the 3d.

Then contemplate the world ending and such if the delay is real.

Haha, true. I'll definitely be depressed for a while if there proves to be a delay after all. But I never knew a rumour spread so fast. One word utterered of a delay and the whole community starts speculating and worrying, including myself to be honest. At first, I didn't believe there would be delay and did not care to hear about it, but when even Snooty was falling into the delay trap, I started to believe something may be up. I'm still not wholly accepting there will be a delay yet, I'm completely optimisitic until I hear otherwise from EA themselves.

I still don't really believe in a delay... but I have my doubts. If there proves to be one... {mellow} I'll burn my house down.

I am going to lock this because [i]technically this is really a thread about the game being delayed and of course there is a sticky at the top of this board about these type of threads.

And since Snooty already posted why he changed his countdown, then technically there is not much need for this.
