~You can change outfits anytime, anywhere (yay!)
~Babie can be born in hospitals
~Babysitters instead of Evil Nannies
~You don't need to buy clothing
~You can take pictures on your 'Cell Phone' (In Britain we call 'em Mobile Phones, lol)
~In Build Mode, holding the ALT key means free rotation
~Apparently, ghosts and playable and can have offspring

I like every new feature, but my very faves are the Trait system and the customization of everything.

I love the seamless neighborhood and the fact that finding objects is more important and means more fun surprises on a casual walk!  And better customization of people and furniture is always  plus!
