Okay, so ... back ... oooooh almost 3 years ago, I drew a picture that I thought was really good.  Especially since at that time I hadn't picked up a pencil to draw in over 2 years (due to real life drama and stress, I had no motivation back then) and was simply doing it to see what I could come up with.

So, I sat down today and decided to redraw it.  I changed a few things, but left it for the most part the same for the sake of comparing it to the original.  Now, I think it looks a TON better than the original (granted there are a few things about it that I would like to go back and change if I could) and thought ... what the heck.  I'ma see what people here think.

I've posted the two images on another site as well, an art-sharing website, where my username is Sontock, just a sort of FYI there, lol.  But, for now ... here you go.  Be my judges!

Please keep in mind if you don't like my work, then that's fine.  But this is not the place to say things like that.  So please keep all the "you suck", "I can do better", "Here's how my art looks" to a PM if you feel so inclined to compare.

This is only for the sake of comparing then to now.

Your really good I like the original one becuase it has a certain rough draft feel to it,but the second one looks more detailed, both are great though.

I love the first one!  She/He/It Looks calmer there, less flashy.  The other one is great too!

I'm glad to see so many people actually enjoy the original as much as they do :3

My fiance enjoys the original more than the remake, as well.  He says he likes the way her hands are positioned better (what hands? lol) and the stance is more serene.

But, I can't help but like the remake better myself xD  lol
