Maybe do a once a month "lottery" or something fun that can be done to bring in people, too.

Well, I was thinking like a monthly 50 dollar lotto, rofl.  Something easy and not expensive. Or, if your site is a site that members can upgrade to a pay account, pay the cost of the cheapest account upgrade for the next month.

OR!  If you have a photoshop program and are good with it, make icons or personalized icons.
