Branwen went to a concert last night. On her way in she saw lots of headlights and then blacked out. She woke up the next morning with a bump behind her right ear, she asked me what to do.
Go to the doctor (I picked)
Cut it off herself, no one will believe her.
Don't do anything about it.

She felt for it the next day and it was gone. She isn't sure if it really happened now or she partied too hard (she's a party animal) the night before.
