Could someone build me a house (well not really a house) since i am epic fail at building

I am going to blog a "reality tv show" based on 13 sims who split into teams,eliminate each other 1 by 1,form alliances,And lie to eachother

What i need:
4 rooms with 3 beds inside (make them casual,for boys and girls)
A diner with a buffet table (so no kitchen)
A Living room (No tv just a place to hangout with a bar as well please)
Outside i want a nice big pool, a jacuzzi,and a private outdoor dining for 4 people
Somewhere at the end of the house i need the Voting room with 9 seats
A nice spot to do my eliminations 
Another spot to do my Challenges
