Pregnant sims 3

Hey i have a question do they have kids on sims 3?  and if so can you only have 2 babies at once still?

Yes there will be kids on TS3 and I would imagine you could have twins

do the pregnant girls get to wear their regular clothes?

i would like triplets added... are they in the sims 2 ???... but nothing larger than that
