Re: The Sims 3 leaked
Its a little bit like poetic justice.

They delay it, it gets leaked over ten days early with enough time to circulate.

wonder who will stay true to those who have scorned us? Tongue

now i can worry about more important things...like Ninjas.

Re: The Sims 3 leaked
Apparently it 'calls home' to the EA servers when you play it, so I wouldn't risk it. Yes you can block it with your firewall or even unplug your internet, but it would be more hassle than it's worth. Plus if you do that, you wouldn't be able to get any downloadable content when it's released.

I wouldn't be surprised if EA releases an update when it's officially released that will break all the downloaded copies that are played when connected to the internet. That's what I'd do!

I'm always happy to help! If you need anything, just send me a personal message (PM) and I'll try help if I can...

Re: The Sims 3 leaked
Yeah, I think that would most likely happen, especially since the leaked games has all the same serial number or whatever...all EA has to do is on June 2nd, when people start installing their games, before they play it, it needs a security update...or they can cancel out those duplicate games with the same serials under different names and locations.

I hope so. Somehow I feel cheated and mad, we've waited for the game so long + we have to pay for it and here they are, downloading the leaked version of the game for free! I hope EA can do something to prevent this arrogant people from doing this.

I agree!

My side: They should register the game 1st before having the full access to the game. I think it should work... I'm not sure tho...

The Sims 2 = The Sims 3

They're both good...
