Why can't I log in? I'm logged in on the support page and on the old BBS, and I have transferred my account to the Sims 3 page as they asked me in an email before.

When I try to log in on thesims3.com I get "That username & password combination does not exist. Please try again." and when I try to create a new account they say "Cororon" is not available. Of course, it's already in use BY ME!! And when I search for member Cororon I'm not there!!

I wanted to ask the EA support but they only take questions about GAMES!  
I'm soooo frustrated! {cursing} {help}

I didn't! And I also tried to reset it and it didn't work either. You know, I can login on all EA places except thesims3.com. I wrote to EA support a moment ago and hope they can help me.
