How long does it take for a Sims Female to Give Birth?
one of my sims wifes is  Pregnent right now and i was just Curious  o on how long it takes

I don't have the game but from the videos I saw they make it as realistic if yougo to the hostipal. It's like a few hours I think?

If you don't give birth at the hostipal and decide to do it at home, then it's the same thing as TS2.

And the days range depending on how long your aging is set for.

Mine is on long and the pregnancies are still 3 days. I dunno if it varies based on that.

I set my sims' lifespan to 50 days and pregnancy is very fast. 2 days max.
