Nope, but you can create sims that look like aliens with all the crazy CAS tools, but it's not the same as having real aliens in the game.

I hate how they gossip about Sims being secret aliens, it's a little annoying seeing as we know full well they're not. :\  Seriously, no aliens? What is this?  O__O
I was never that bothered about aliens, but c'mon, would it have killed to throw 'em in, I mean we have the green skin and everything...

No there aren't any aliens sadly  {no}
But you can customize the sims skin color to make them geen like one. You can make them all sorts of colors  {yes}

Even though there aren't any aliens there are ghosts! You can even add them to the family. Or so I've heard. I've never actually tried.

Oh man I miss aliens. ); That's part of the reason why I don't like playing The Sims 3, actually. I miss the supernatural sims, like aliens, werewolves, etc. :3 They gave the game a wacky, fun aspect, and I wish they'd brought it back. >.<
