Guys,i downloaded monkey helper for that content on the modthesims.com but i have vista and i dont understand what should i do,i installed it and it shows me a error message!!!
Please help!!!!

Have you turned user account control off yet before you used it?

I've turned it off now,but it still says this:
"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Set Associations control panel."
I dont understand!!! {cursing}

Go to default programs and click on set association. It will load and look for the Sim file and set the type of file to use the install helper program.

There should have been a separate download for Vista users that avoids this problem. I downloaded it and didn't get the error message. Try that if Justin's advice doesn't work. :]

I kinda have a random question about this, if anyone can answer it, but why do we even have a Downloads folder when it's clear that everything seems to be going into the Mods/Packages folder...?  {blink}

Its the downloads folder that is connected the Launcher. The Launcher stores all of your EA Store goodies there. If you have to reinstall the game, this is where the game finds all of the stuff that you bought.
