Save Slot Empty?
Okay, I went to go play Sims, and the slot with my family doesnt show my family, but an outline of a house O.o
It wont let me go in there, and I really love that family! Is there any way I can get it back? |

Re: Save Slot Empty?
I think you had a glitch save last time. Sometimes glitch saves can seem like normal saves. 'Sept you get that problem you have - they appear on the menu but you can't open them.
You need to go to My Docs > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Saves. Choose your neighbourhood. So if they belonged to Sunset Valley, choose the 'Sunset Valley.sims3' file. Delete it. Then select 'Sunset Valley.sims3.backup', and erase '.backup' from it, so it then becomes 'Sunset Valley.sims3'. You'll then be able to access your family again. It works for me everytime. However you'll have to go back to the save slot before your glitched save. It sucks but it's that or you lose them forever. :\ |
