Australian accents are kind of bogan really XD.

Here are some things we say.

Ace! : Excellent! Very good!
Arvo : afternoon
Barbie : barbecue
Brickie : bricklayer
Bloke : man, guy
Chrissie : Christmas
Chokkie : chocolate
Dag : a funny person, nerd, goof
Deadset : true, the truth
Daks : trousers
Esky : large insulated food/drink container for picnics, barbecues etc.
G'Day : hello!
Grog : liquor, beer
Give it a burl : try it, have a go
Hoon : hooligan
Journo : journalist
Kindie : kindergarten
Lippy : lipstick
Mate : buddy, friend
Mozzie : mosquito
Moolah : money
No worries! : Expression of forgiveness or reassurance
Oldies : parents
Pash : a long passionate ki*s
Prezzy : present, gift

The only slang I use is "ain't" and "y'all". Other than that I talk pretty normal, LOL

I have no accent xD Although I'm always told that I talk like a California, which, sounds like no accent to me. But I do say y'all sometimes, simply from being around people who said it a lot for two years. BUT, I did grow up in Massachusetts, so a Bostonian accent accidentally sometimes... usually with the word "weird". xD
