In Illinois, they are trying to pass a law (and it might have been passed already), that would make it illegal to text while driving.

Also, in Chicago it is illegal to talk on a phone without a hands free system while driving.

That's how it is here too. I think it's great but talking with a hands free system also distracts you (I think). I hope they outlaw that too XD

I saw this video a few days ago on another forum.

But yeah, this should be a message to everyone who's not paying attention while driving.
The scene is indeed overdramatized and that girl will remember this event for her whole life, with her conscience full of so many people dying because of her. Even the parents of those poor kids. -_-
You won't even see me driving to save my life.  {huh} I tend to get lost in my own world and I think this is worse than texting.
