Saving error 16

So i've just tried saving my game, and an error has just come up: "An unexpected error has occurred while saving: error code 16. please consult the readme for details" ...anyone have any ideas?  ???

Hmmm yea, they're looking into creating a patch for this...it's all good  {highclap} ...even though I don't seem to be getting this error anymore ever since I "Save as"'d

Yeah, they changed the way saved files worked (they did the same thing for TS2), therefore "saving" tries to save over the old format, so it doesn't work.
