Does Anyone Here Make Custom Skins?

I am looking for Tsukiyomi Ikuto from shugo chara. So far I have had no luck finding him. Does anyone know where a dowload of him would be? Or can anyone make it or know where I could get it made?

I would make it myself but I don't know how too.

Unfortunately, we aren't a Custom Content creating community, so no one here knows how to make much of anything. And as for downloads, I have no idea, but I would check ModtheSims or try searching for a site that contains the type of material you're looking for.

Anyway, you could try asking over at http://www.modthesims.info/. ModTheSims in particular is totally community-based creations and you could likely find someone to make it for you. Good luuuuuck..
