great ideas! it would definately make it more realistic! and also the father should be made to pay like monthly thingeys to the child (like in real life)

Re: Divorces!!
i dunno just like you know when parents divorce the father (or the one you don't live with) usually has to pay like a certain amount of money for the upkeep of the kids like for clothes, food, school stuff etc.

Re: Divorces!!
They did say "It might be awkward when a sim bumps into an ex-partner while out shopping for school supplies". Maybe something like this is already planned.

It is a nice idea, for sim kids to see both parents.
I tend to play "happy valley" type of games where there is no break-ups and no strife. This might be a little harder now sims "have minds of their own". Smile

No worries! Wink It happens to all of us Big Grin

I have to say though, I'd be immensely excited if they put this in the game. This situation resides in many families these days. Divorces, children living with one parent (or switching between them depending on the circumstances) and Child Maintenance. We see it constantly, it would be ideal to have in the game!

Re: Divorces!!
i do agree with that and i think that if the parents are still together and their kid has a grandparent( or any other family members who dosent live in the same house) who doesnt live in the same house i think the kid(s) should be able to sleepover at that family memebers house.....and they should be able to host sleepovers.....<--just a thought
